Authorization Required
Wait for authorization and return instructions before sending back any items. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via direct deposit. Please note that courier/shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Goods
Please inform us within 48 hours if you receive incorrect or damaged items. We will promptly ship the correct ones and provide prepaid return postage for the incorrect items.
Certain items, including sale or clearance items, goods damaged or used by the customer, and heat-damaged products, are non-refundable/returnable.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, promptly email us with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
Change of Mind
We offer a coupon or refund for unopened, undamaged goods returned within 10 days of receipt. Please note that the original courier/shipping fee is non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Lost in Transit
If your parcel is lost in transit within New Zealand, please notify us within 7 days for assistance with resolution.
We accept no liability for goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand or for issues arising from customs or importation.
International Orders
Please be aware of customs and import regulations in your country. We accept no liability for issues related to customs or importation.
Heat-Damaged Products
We do not accept returns for heat-damaged products. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package during warmer months.
